"slang"?  :rofl   HUGE difference between DEFINITION and "slang".    But then again, ask someone from the 9/JG52 Karayastaffel.

Hermann Graf's and Alfred Grislawski's 9. "Karayastaffel"/JG 52 developed into the most successful Jagdstaffel of the entire war. At the same time, the "Karaya-men" were notorious for their lacking discipline.

Come on FANBOI's!!!!   Especially you parin, I know ABSOLUTELY nothing about Hartmann.   Hartmann was NOT the only 9/JG52 to have that call sign either.

Since you threw the gauntlet, try this.

Thanks all. I have read ”The Blonde Knight Of Germany” and was pretty sure I knew what it meant. However, it is nice to have verification of the meaning from others.

So "Karayastaffel" is "sweetheart squad."

Hey Schatzi I dont think you want to be the sweetheard for AH.
