Anyone translate Arabic?

Hey just curious, I got this email and I have no idea what the hell it says. Here it is.

AFTER EDIT: I just thought....its probably one of them thar xxx sites in Arabic,   who knows?

how do you know its Arabic?

Well I think that it might be some sort of Arabic because of the email header. It said, "Salam Mojadad".  I still havent been able to get a translation. Now im just plain curious.
