weren`t dams civilian infrastructure and bombing them a war-crime?

it should be a great film.
btw how do any germans feel about these WWII movies? imo the ultimate villain or enemy in any movie (wich nobody`s gonna whine about like: "blackhawk down was racist") are nazis and bugs. but it has to bring up different feelings in germans, even if most of them aren`t nazis anymore.
