We still have the problem when you enter an arena you do not see the Arena Message.
If you are not in a squad you see some spurious Squad MOTD instead of the AM.
Especially relavent to the TA where new people coming in have no idea what the rules are until you explain how to bring the AM up via clipboard or dot command.
Also relavent to the SEArena and the descriptions of current event running or for future ones.
