Hmmmm. If i read what you said correctly, you were able to install the game, start it, go to an arena or offline mode and sit in tower, but as soon as you spawn a plane on the runway, your game crashes.

There could be multiple reasons why that happens.

One easy one you can check quick is this one:

In the folder you installed the game to (default is C:\Programs\HTC\Aces High II\) there is a "cache" folder. It is created the first time you start the game, but sometimes it is corrupted and causes the kind of problem you describe. Delete that folder and restart the game. Make sure that during the cache generation, the game does not get minimized.

If that doesnt help your problem, we need to know a little more about your computers specifications to troubleshoot. Best would be if you made a dxdiag and posted the first pages of it here or email it to support@hitechcreations.com with a description of your problem.

Here are the steps to do this:

1) Go to "Start" from the Windows desktop
2) Select "Run" from the pop up menu
3) In the Run dialog box, type DXDIAG and press
4) After a few seconds the DXDIAG utility will be ready (the progress indicator in the lower left corner will disappear).
5) Run the video and sound diagnostics (Select the Display and Sound tabs to do this).
6) Press the "Save All Information" button
7) This will save the DXDIAG data to a file of your choice
21 is only half the truth.
