Ran into a situation between 5 - 7a.m. EDT Friday with less than 50 players in EW arena and ENY limited Rook planes to only C-47. No other planes were available. Available gvs were jeep, LVT and M-3 and no mannable guns for CV or port defense.
Rooks were down considerably on fields, so both knights and bish were attacking rooks. The tendency seemed to be to log in frustration rather than change sides and attack the same bases they were just defending.
Just some info about ENY for your consideration.
Also, Country Status was not displaying ENY limitation in the EW arena. Player information and in-flight numbers were displaying, but ENY limit was a constant 0.0 and could not be determined until the pop-up when trying to launch.
