Billing - Can it be changed?

With 1.02 starting up I probably will start paying BUT I really don't think I'm going to play enough to warrant $30 a month. i.e. I was going to play a couple weekends for maybe 10hrs total.

Has there been an additional/different system implemented? I really don't want to pay and then feel forced to play just to get my money worth.. $10 + 2hr was much more to me liking.

Only heard of the flat rate.  Not sure if they plan on doing hourly in the future.
