PS
WWI airships did NOT carry any aircraft EVER, so you dont have to worry about coding plane limits.

Are you sure? Im not sure this happened DURING the war, but around that time, I have heard of and seen film of aircraft 'latching on' to an airship. They werent front-line fighters, but scouts. And I know im not the only one who has heard of this. It was only one or two, and connected only with small hooks, something like the 'Gremlin' (?) and the B-36 (?).

those vids are from the inter war years. most of them are of the US Navy airships Achron and Macon which were built in the mid 30s.
here's a photo of  a plane hooking up to the Macon. and these planes were only used for recon.

and the goblin was not used durring the war, nore was it successful after the war. it IS an I-16 specially modified with a completely enclosed cockpit to prevent the pilot from dying of exposure on long flights.

Really?!? Gee, I thought we had planes like that during world war I....

lol just joking. I know the goblin was cold-war era kind of work, along with that parasite that went with the Valkyrie.
