Well having read the article, I'm shocked, flabbergasted and amazed � I keep trying to get my head around the concept but I can't. I keep on coming back to the thing that just freaks me out: They have art museums in Texas?!? Who for? Tourists?

Yep.. but it's the same everywhere you go.
In France, there's none of the lewd 'vulgarity' you can find in the US, and yet there's all that nudity in publicity, pharmaceutical in particular.  You'd never find those ads in america.
