Actually, it's very easy to say this.  McNabb sucked so bad as a passer, that the receivers had a tough time actually catching the ball.  The receivers we had were good, but nothing amazing.  T.O. was the only person who could catch McNabb's passes 100% of the time.

I get to see the iggles play much more then I care to.
Actually I get to see the Gi aints and Jots alot more then I care to also But thats not what this is about.

Lessor of all Evils I watch the iggles when I have the choice between them and the former two

Seeing the Filthydelphia Iggles alot more then I care to.
Mcnabb definately doesnt suck. He's not the next Montana either. But he definately doesnt suck
If the Receivers were having problems. Unless the ball is thrown way to short, or way over their heads The receivers should catch  the ball
Maybe it was the receivers.

I havent checked. but I doubt the numbers would bear you out

Man do sports writers hate TO. Almost enough to root for the guy right there.
Suddenly every TO hating sports writer that fills there columns every day complaining about people filling their columns with TO is a toxicoligist and a psycolgist.
Hell I cant spell either of them but very convient that TO suddenly felt like commiting suicide and broke his hand to get lots of pain killers handy.
When I broke my hand in a simular way it didnt hurt much when I did it, but man it hurt for a few days after the operation.

not defending T.O. but he did have a pretty bad break in his hand, it's almost near his wrist, and the main reason he had surgery was to put a plate in there because he can't wear a cast because they want him to play this week. it has to be painful to catch 35mph passes and fight off cornerbacks when you have a broken hand. I think the reporters are blowing this WAY out of context because 99.999% of all football players pop painlkillers every single day, it's the nature of the sport, and since they take them every day they need to take more to have an effect. when i was playing we just went locker to locker taking anytype of pain medication we could find, 3 of these, 2 of those, 4 of those others, then we would take allot of ephedrine just to wake up so we could go play a game, rinse and repeat at halftime :)  When you play above the highschool level and in some circumstances high school as well, there is no such thing is being hurt, you either play or you go home, and that is the nature of the sport. Once again not trying to defend T.O. but I can definately see how the media could be blowing this way out of prorportion.
