Salute Gents,

Figured I would like to do a fighter skin after doing the B17's.  I have looked at hundreds of 109g6 skins and have fell for this one.  III/JG3.  The profile attached is of 7 Staffel.  I have found about a hundred profiles of her.  However, no actual photos of this particular bird or sister birds of her unit :(  Anyone have a period photo reflecting the starburst (I have seen white and also yellow variations)

Any help or direction appreciated.  I have the template made.  Just need the scheme.  Everything I have read says color scheme will be RLM 74-75-76.  Already have the palette setup :)

Page 43 of "Luftwaffe Colours Volume Five Section 1 JAGDWAFFE - Defending the Reich 1943-44" has 1 picture of a identically schemed 109G6, White 6, along with a profile.  It also has a close up of the comet on the bulge.

Osprey Aces No. 29 has a color profile of White 1 as well.

Nice looking schemes.  Good Luck with it, it will be nice to have some more 109G6s!

Salute Lord Fencer,

Pic #2 on your second link was EXACTLY what I was looking for sir!  This verifies she was historic and the pic even showed several a/c with the markings.  I cannot thank you enough bud :D
