(Just as soon as I get the money to fix and/or replace my broken computer)

I'm really looking forward to trying out the new arenas!

Unfortunately this 450MHZ back up computer isn't quite cutting it... it's actually somewhat playable in offline mode, but online... well 2 FPS and a five second freeze everytime someone kicks in VOX doesn't quite cut it!

Hopefully I'll be back up and running by halloween!

Hey HI-TECH... how about opening an ALL NIGHT TIME ARENA for Halloween evening? That would just... make my day!

Now I'm really stuck. Another fun night in the Midwar arena. Even numbers, guys not HOing on every merge, very little land grab and people being respectful to each other.

I'm enjoying myself which leaves me absolutely no choice but to fly again tomorrow night, which means I still have to stay!

You are not being unfair to this paying customer Hitech and I appreciate it!

You missed hell in the LWA tonight where I was (in a P-40E):

HOd on take-off by: an F4u, P-47, HurriIIC and seafire multiple times

Vulched without HO by: an F4U, P-47, Bf-110G, B-17 and Seafire multiple times

Divebombed by: B-17s (Who flew along the runway vulching)

Basically, I never got into the air because they were so terrified by one P-40E...

(And let me say, dont tell me I would do the same, because I dont. I wait until the pilot shows he has speed by maneuvering before I even get close, let alone engage.)

Sadly ... that is what the old MA and new LWA is all about ... no new news there.

I dissagree, I've gotten vulched multiple times in the EW, and seen guys give me time to get my plane up before engaging in the LW. I don't think that any one arena is more prone for lamers than the other.

At least that's my experience since the change.

It seems to depend on the day or even week. Last week I was hugely disappointed in midwar because it seemed to be the same old same old. But the last two nights it's been everything I wanted it to be.

Latewar seems to remain the same flavor as the old MA when I've been in there.

Early war last week was the place to be, but this week it seems bad.
