First of all, I really dont care what "you" fly, If I did I'd look it up.
Secondly, I have no doubt which 2 planes are the most commonly flewn in AH.
Thirdly, My personal kil ratio Vs those 2 planes is near or above 3 killz per death. Yet they are still the main reaseon I rarely fly LW.
My problem isn't just with the planes. Plane choice is just the most obvious sympton of the majority of todays players tendencies to stack the odds completely in their favor. The other symptoms are large to moderate numbers attacking empty bases, only to move on to another empty base/es when they find an active defense at the first. The common desire to ruin some ammount of fun for anyone in the game at whatever the cost; those who will grab in a set of buffs for 1 hour just to clear the mtns. into tanktown. (Plenty of regular bases to bomb, but if I hit TT, it will REALLY piss em off).
Now that there are so many arenas, a new problem is large squads coming into small arenas. This in itself wouldn't be so bad, IF the large squad surveyed the arena and went to the country with the lowest numbers, in an attempt to promote good gameplay. Unfortunately the exact opposite is what commonly occurs. Lets say for example there are 25Bish, 15Rooks, & 30Knits fighting in MW- Its not uncommon that with numbers like this there is little or no fighting on the knit/bish front. A large squad of 12 or more enter, and of course they decide to attack the smallest number side, which also happens to be fighting 2 fronts. As if that wasn't bad enough, they have to be in mostly spits & la5s & arrive at 18-20k.
Just seems like these days, more people are interested in winning at whatever the cost. And back a few years ago, people were interested in good fights.
