So all laws that forbids things should go?

Pretty much.  All laws that ban things from  consenting citizens should be gone.

Just have to add on the last few flights to and from oregon, the TSA searched my bags. 3 for 3. I got the little your luggage was searched flyer in 5 out of 6 bags. The bag that the goose stepping goons didnt put a flyer in, they stole three hentai DVDs from my suit coat pocket which was in the middle of the bag.

one at a time...  booze is bad for you but it is your choice... if you injure someone while on booze you are responsible.   You can be thrown off the job or highway or arrested for being under the influence... no problem... all drugs should be the same.

The rest should also follow these guidelines.

Oh... you forgot to mention eating the wrong kinds of food and how we have to crack down on the fatties.

I for one would love it if all my personal responsibilities were taken away and I could be gently placed in a nice padded room where nothing bad would ever, ever happen to me.

I mean, that's what it's coming to. Abdication of personal responsibility, mommy-laws government, and safety above all else.

Prediction
This is how it's going to happen.
1. Autodrive will be introduced as a luxury feature.
2. State governments will allow them in HOV lanes, even when occupied by one person.  This is "to improve traffic flow" because the autocars can make more efficient use of space and gas by clustering themselves tightly together to reduce drag and "draft" off of each other.  It'll be praised by both environmentalists and the rich.
3. States will begin setting aside Autocar lanes on the busy roads with higher speed limits.  After all, reaction times being what they are, why _not_ allow autocars to go 100mph?  This will intrigue the vast majority of commuters.
4. Lanes for non-autocars (and old cars that haven't been retrofitted with autocar hardware) will be dramatically reduced until in some areas of the country, the interstate system is simply not available.
5. Eventually, larger towns will become very unfriendly to non-autocars.  Sure, you'll be able to still drive, but you'll need to get exceptions.  Also, plan on paying a premium for the privilege.  Don't worry, the US always keeps options open for its hobbyists!

And that's how it's going to go down.
