The U.S. M-36 JACKSON with it's 90mm "Tiger Killer" wouldn't be missed either.

It's 90mm gun could pierce 6 inches of armor at 1000 yards or with two shots it could pierce 5 foot of concrete. Only drawback was early models had no bow machine gun and it had an open top. This was rectified in later models.

Would be easy to make the M4 SHERMAN off same model - Hull, inside positions and drive are the same. If the M-36B1 was modeled (Same Hull as M-4) Only a second turret would have to be made with a 75 or 76mm gun added.

The M-36 could be made a "Perk Tank" for the US Side similar to the TIGER for the Germans.

Could have two vehicles pretty easily off the same design work. Much less than it would to make two seperate vehicles. Be a HELL of a lot more useful in the game than the Jeep we got awhile back for sure.

basicly what we need is more tanks. We need british tanks, and American tanks but what we don't need is a NUKE!

I agree having a sherman would be good.

Also the British Churchill because we havent got no British armour whatsoever..

Need these planes/gvs for early / mid war to make the choice more varied for these main arenas....

well lets thing of the ways we can apply the sherman to the game. first off its faster then anyother tank in the game at 40 mph. correct me if im wrong but isnt the t34 only capable of 30-35 mph? the extra speed allows it to out run its adversaries out out manuver them. the gun is about average. in my opinion the m4 sherman with its gun and better firing rate then a t34 would make it a great machine for getting to a town fast from the spawn point and killing it, especialy in large numbers of 5-7 shermans.

the gun is average but only that. you can kill a tank with it but on the other hand the armor on a sherman aint much better then paper so it wont be next to invinsible like the tiger. i have to agree though we do need more armor choices, specialy american.

the sherman would be a great addition to AH2, not a glorious new weapon, but not a dud ethier. i realy hope HiTech will consider putting this into the game.

Source? I thought the Sherman's top speed was around 25mph (maybe 40 kph is what you meant?).

If you want fast, hands-down the M-18 Hellcat. Fully tracked and 50mph IIRC. Light armor, but adequate 76mm gun.
