I read that 20 million was put into this year's budget to celebrate victory in Iraq?

sometimes when you screw a thing up, you just need to destroy it. With that in mind, whats the going rate on say.....a 5 megaton nuclear device...you know, something that can sanitize baghdad out to the fence line.

Just curious........20 million should be able to get something in the ballpark of 5 megatons, maybe from the old delapidated french collection

That 20mil was rolled over from last years budget and earmarked for the same thing.

Unfortunatley, this war won't have an 'end' like past wars. Pretty optomistic of them though.

Can probably buy an old Soviet nuke for half that.
