Axis Min = 93
Axis Max = 125

Allies Min = 83
Allies Max = 117

As always while the range between possible side forces is very narrow (slight advantage to Japanese +10) it will all depend on squad turn out. So I encourage all squads to do their best to turn out as many pilots as they can.

Also remember that if your squad goes over your max +2 you are allowed to place your overage with other squads on your side who are under their max.

Orders going out shortly. Also I had to revised the side assignments slightly because Fighter Inc. dropped from 7-10 to 4-6. They also requested the Axis side so I put them there and shifted 56th to Allies.

Basically right now both sides are almost dead even when it comes to possible turnout.
