OE tile problem
« on: July 22, 2006, 12:39:59 PM »
Why do I get message about "int 23" objects ( wich means 23 objects parts are sliced, right?) while building ter#### tile in oe when i don't have any objects crossing the slice lines. Even "test clip" doesn't show any objects crossing those lines.
Anyone know this?

2nd problem:

Sometimes during game tile ground turns blue(like there is no ground under it).
I do have checked: -is square objects and -show terrain under tile.

I even tried changing those settings but no luck.

Please help!;)

It's because there are no objects on the corner of your tile. It's happened to me before, my suggestion is you put a small structure, such as one of those small houses that's hard to see. I used it as pylons in my racing map for Jeeps.

I think it's named str7, not sure. But I do know that it's turning blue because there are no structures on the outside edge of the tile (Particulary the corners. NE, SE, SW, NW.)

Found the fix for the "ext int" problem and long building of ground tiles, when the objects are not on those lines.
Do not use the copy function when building ground tiles, you will have to add every object manually it seems.
