I understand the boards are good for venting anger & frustration, but what's wrong with a bit of "in-game peer pressure"?
If you see a team-mate playing in what may be a gamey or negative manner, why not have a quiet word in their ear?
There may be a good reason for their actions and it gives them an opportunity to respond and other players to give their opinion.
This obviously needs to be done in a non confrontational manner e.g.
"Whisky, you've just blasted thro' this furball in your Dora and I know you're doing a good job vulching the cons upping down there, but we're struggling a bit up here and your help would be appreciated if possible."
If others make same suggestion then behaviour modification should result.
Trouble is too much smack talk on intercom.
"Whisky, stop ****ing about & get your a** up here" is not likely to get a result.
(Whisky <----- ground into polite diplomacy by years of hard parenting teenagers)
