Canceling account, split areans suck!

I just canceled my account because HTC does not listen to its paying customers.

It's ok, alot of people fall into this trap.  In fact, HT Does listen to it's paying customers.  

It's possible they just didn't like what you had to say, which happens, but they do listen.

I can find stats for this guy for the current tour only...Besides, we have people who have frequented the BBS for years an never had an account.

I'm not one to piss and moan about the changes, I understand that they need time to settle in....


My only gripe with this split arena business is, as usual (being an off-peaker) the split arenas make a decreased number spread even further.

Lately, in off peak times, the EW and MW have been sparsely populated (6 - 20 players each), which does not really make for interesting play... .but whatever, those arenas are great sometimes. The LW still had 120 odd, which is enough for a fun fight and since i've taken to flying the Dora a lot lately i don't mind flying LW.

The split seems to cut this number in two, creating 57 / 22 LW sort of situations which really isn't ideal.

This is just a suggestion... perhaps disable the arena split for times when the total players online number is below 350 or something?

that way you still realise your ambition for 300 max player arenas but still allow us off-peakers to get a bit closer to that magic 300 number.

No threats of deleting my account here, just a suggestion to help concentrate lesser numbers at off-peak times.

I've been around for about 4 years, on and off, not 2 weeks. And yeah my accounts gone now

Like I said, as soon as I see one main arena, I'll be back, until then I have better things to do.

EDIT: CRAP! I just remembered that I forgot to use up all of my 460 perk points on 262's before I deleted it. Oh well, I guess thats how pissed I was.

460 perks would have gotten you one, maybe two 262's.  So dont stress about it.

Myself and a few squaddies have migrated over from Fighter Ace because of the deplorable numbers there. One of them is an Aussie and he was as pleased as a sheep to see a nice player count during "off peak". Remember, this is compared to FA during off times when there would only be 25 people on.

So, we just grin when when we hear a complaint about 150 being a low number.

We're enjoying our move so far. Lots o' new toys to play with.
