Do I have to re calibrate my HOTAS everytime I start WXP if
I leave the sticks plugged in ?
Do I have to re calibtate in AH again  if I shut down AH and go
back in later.

You shouldn't as long as you have a digital stick.  I virtually never have to recalibrate.  (Saitek X-52, WXP, TrackIR, Saitek Pedals).

You need to get the CMStart.exe from CH. It loads the CH Control manager and the last stick config you had when you shut down.

Just DL from the CH site and place it into : start/programs/startup.

Here's a thread that gives more info.

I just set them up in AH.
Did find out that the TQ,Ppd and PT come back after reboot.
My combat stick went south....had to unplug & replug and recenter
it in WXP.
No big deal. I usually pull my pit and controllers when I'm done
anyway.
Set up my AH account today.......new meat on the table for you boys.

Thanks Again
