Hey Boyce,

How strange is this.... Both of us Jump Blues drummers... and both of us in the television industry!?!? I own a post house in San Diego. I have spent the last 3 week producing political spots. That's enough to make ya want to run naked into a spinning jet engine. Nothing like trading stomach lining for a bucket of cash.

Been playing drums for about 10 years now with numerous local original bands in couple of cities etc. No fame, no fortune, and no hoards of groupies... Should have learnt to sing - or at least learnt to fake singing...

Hmmmm, guitar in band in 68. Wish I still had my old Tele and LP. I have to settle for a strat SRV and '95 LP. When I retire I guess I'll light up...errr....just keep on playing. I won't say what I was doing in '68 so you can't do the math and guess my age. :) Wait!!! I think I got my first guitar in '63. I wonder whatever happened to that one, too.

Ya know, ya'll should get together and have a live band (jam session) at the next CON. And bring lotsa beer!!! I'm old and can't carry all the cases I'm gonna need anymore.

Played sax once upon a time, haven't seriously picked it up for a couple years.
Ron White says you can't fix stupid. I beg to differ. Stupid will usually sort itself out, it's just a matter of making sure you're not close enough to become collateral damage.

Thanks. I figured if I was only going to get one nice acoustic, I might as well get the one every other brand is ultimately compared with: as in "..plays as well as a..."; "...sounds like a..."; "sounds as good as a..."; "sounds better than a..." . And this one spoke to me as I tried it out in the store. All you guitarists know what I'm talkin 'bout.
