Computer freezes on blackouts?

After being in the game a while, my computer freezes. It seems that 60% of the time it occurs on a blackout.

Any ideas?

I don't think I have the same problem as you, but tonight I locked up on a redout for the first time ever.  Truthfully it wasn't a full lockup, AH just stopped responding.  I was able to alt f4 out and everything was ok.

For your problem, you might first try Dx 7a.  It is generally superior to Dx 6.1.  (You do have 6.1 NOT 6.0 right?   )

I got a more big of a problem.....
i posted yesterday but no one seems to answer or i didnt wait enough...

when i play Aces High for a couple of minutes it freezes....When i ctrl+ALT+DEL out of the game and i try getting back all i get is a black screen...i wait and wait and wait and no response...

my comp specs=
48MB ram
150P
voodoo1
and dx 7a
