Reparations are complete. Shrock took twice as long as they estimated to build the bumper.

Holy crap! You really made sure you got a bfb this time! Nice!

Oh, I sent the video off to you yesterday, Sandy, you should get it in the mail tomorrow.  28 minutes  long. Let me know how you like the shots to the music you suggested.  I really wanted to use "Mama said knock you out" but was annexed by the wife and a team mom when I gave them a preview. :(

Nice body and paint work! You must be happy with that Sandman?

Any word or ideas about who was responsible?

Last time I ever tried anything like a 'rub' the vehicle (which was driven by a firefighter having a bad day) freaked out because his infant daughter was in the back seat, in a car seat no less.  An abmulance was called (I suspect they laughed at him), police were there and of course my insurance company got in the picture.  I stepped away from interaction at that point and let the insurance take over.  I had photographs all ready to send showing no evidence of damage, even to the bumber paint.   Turns out all he wanted was another child seat ($80.00).

Btw, people get quite agitated when you 'rub' them while going 75 mph.  I really don't know why, but they do.  I don't recommend anthing like a 'rub' from my experience.  As an aside, my truck of choice is GMC.

Regards,

Malta

just rubbed a guy yesterday for being a slowpoke at a light.  smoking with one hand, cellphone held by his shoulder while writing something, almost blowing the green arrow.  little tap, looks up sees grill, drives on pulls to the right starts to say something but thinks better of it.  got behind and call 911 I suppose. he still caused a line of cars to miss their arrow.  they probably thought it was the delivery truck (me) that was asleep at the wheel.  lots of folks leaning on the horn as I followed the guy through a now red light.

Second time I used my highlift, lol.

His schrockworks sliders worked great as a jack point.

Funny story about rubbing.

My friends and I always used to do that to each other, you can "bump" someone pretty hard with the rubber bumper the 68 and 69 GTOs have on them.

My best bud had a 89 S10 blazer, he backed into me once, so the next time I was behind him, I bumped him then push his all 4 tires locked blazer into the intersection (late no trafic).

Once we all got nice cars we stopped, then I got the jeep and it has nice rubber blocks(that will dent ****ty GM bumpers on 2000 to current fullsize trucks and SUVs) so I figure I will bump my budy in his little suzuki sam, I do.... he flips me off, pulls three feet up and puts it in revers and guns it right into me lol!

Notice I only have one fog light.   Thats the result, we were both laughing our ass's off over it. Jeep used ****ty plastic mounts.

a pair of KCs is going on this weekend.
