Yea, thnx.  It works fine but it shuts itself down every 30 mins or so.  I got my RAM voltage set at 2.6VDC.  I wonder if I should up it to 2.65??  Maybe still dealing with a bad stick eh?

well, after further review and a dose of memtest86, i have found 1 bad stick of ram.  Thnx for help all.
