Unable to "enter" for 2 Week Trial

When flying H2H, 2 pilot with NewU### IDs
mentioned that they got their passwords the previous day (after registering for the first time.
When they tried to go "Online", it said their 2 week trial had expired and they had to now pay.

Only problem was, they said they had JUST registered and got the password sent to them.
They said they could not get "online" for the 2 week trial.

(maybe explains why so many "NewU###" IDs in H2H)

I told them to email you (HTC).
I don't know if they did so i'm posting this.

Free trials are only available once.  Once you use your trial, you cannot get another one even if you create a different account.

I realize you only get one 2 week Trial.

These guys said they had never tried it yet.

Brand new members who had never signed in ever.

Supposedly they signed up for the first time and have never been able to get in to the main area.

They never had a 2 week trial.

On trying to go into the main area for the very first time, it said their trial had ended.

They may have been lying, but this is what they said.

Just thought that if this is happening, your could be losing potential paying customers.
