New Zealand, if you look at a map, look at the base of the north island, this is looking west towards to top of the south island.

Exact location on google earth is:  41°20'48.42"S / 174°47'29.23"E

edit: also looking for tips from the real photographers here :) ... I know one thing, I gotta sort out my shakey hands.
