What about those guys who served and were blessed that no war was raging at the time, I suppose they don't get a salute either?

ive heard of hay st just cant remember where it is right now.. been away from here for a year.. i got here about 12 years or so after u retired.. i dont think my unit was stationed at bragg when u were there..

edit: yup still active. re-upped 6 years infact..

Hay St. is in downtown Fayetteville and known to all troops stationed at FT.Bragg before they cleaned it up in late 1990's as one of the most notorious st.s there , you didn't go there without a squad size element,six pack of condoms and 2 shots of penicillin ..:rofl
