If ya ever fly for rooks ck out Hay st. Boys we made up of alot of ex troopers mainly still here in NC ...
Hence Hay ST.. but you maybe to young to remember that st. ...:rofl

What about those guys who served and were blessed that no war was raging at the time, I suppose they don't get a salute either?

Anyone who raised his right hand and put on the uniform, did so with the understanding that they may find themselves in combat. Everyone of those guys deserves respect.

At least they showed up...

ive heard of hay st just cant remember where it is right now.. been away from here for a year.. i got here about 12 years or so after u retired.. i dont think my unit was stationed at bragg when u were there..

edit: yup still active. re-upped 6 years infact..

Rgr TW9 your in good Company keep the torch lite and carry on:aok

Hay St. is in downtown Fayetteville and known to all troops stationed at FT.Bragg before they cleaned it up in late 1990's as one of the most notorious st.s there , you didn't go there without a squad size element,six pack of condoms and 2 shots of penicillin ..:rofl
