B17F will be caught, a Mosquito B.35 won't tho :)

IIRC could go 435 mph at 40+k and could carry the 4k cookie.  Lowest loss rate of any (allied?) bomber of the second world war.

That version of the Mossy would be nice. Fast and has no guns, make its fun to fly in combat. How about a B-17D? weren't those used by the british, and the Americans in the Pacific and Alaskan Islands?

Not to my knowledge. I know the british opperated B-17Cs as Fortress Is, but that was all. The british rejected the B-17 because they did not like what they got in the Cs, and I dont know anything about the D atall, but im sure there must be one between the C and the E, but the british did not fly them, I beleive.
