Harden town objects
« on: November 16, 2006, 08:26:26 AM »
I would wish that intune with todays changes that HTC consider hardening Town objects. (by how much I would leave to their judgement)

But at least to bias further agin the use of 20mm's as town object killers.

Hopefully the changes promote attacking positive game play rather than negative porking tactics.

However in order to give a side the time to respond to small> medium undefended attacks on towns it  would be beneficial if the time required at target (ie the town) was extended or indeed the size of the attack required to instantly turn a town over be increased from that currently.

Having witnessed a few straifing runs in my time I ccan tell you that 10 or 20 20mm rounds is more than suffiecent to turn a general store into swiss cheese and most everyone inside into a nice gooey puree that you can feed the dog.
Why make the town harder to kill?
You'll just encourage more low level buffing.
Less base capture efforts.
Think carefully plz HTC.
