Deep fried turkey again tomorrow.  The only way to do it.  My extremely pregnant sister will be bringing a nut loaf (tastes fantastic), wifey is making green bean casserole, sliced sweet potatos baked in butter, mashed russetts, gravy, dressing, rolls and so on.  It'll be our first big holiday meal w/o her parents, hoping it's not too hard.

We'll be eating around 3PM PST, seems that'll give us maximum grazing time.

happy thanksgiving all, be safe.

hey rip, according to some accounts lobster and clams were served and there is no mention of turkey specifically but there was a mention of fowl.

here we are having turkey and traditional American fixings but we are roasting a 60lb pig as well along with traditional caribbean roots such as yuca, rice, red and black beans.  for desert pumpkin flán as well as pumpkin pie.
