I got an avatar I wana use but it's 100x100 insted of the 64x64 wanted here, is there somewhere that can convert it and other pics to the needed size?

Open the pic in paint. Click on "image", choose "stretch/skew".  In horizontal choose 66, in verticle choose 66.  Click OK and save.  Done!

All decent and half-decent image editing software will alow you to do it.. just pick one.

I use IrfanView.   It's free and resizes.

Why not?  Looks like it'll do basic photo retouching w/o him needing to download software.

You still get popups?  Browsing the web w/ Firefox ad the ad blocker plugin means I just don't see that stuff anymore.
