Qutting the smokes were not the easyest thing i ever did, but oboy its worth it even without any medical condition. I allow myself a few when i drink tho and that really helps because now my body has learned that the smoke only visits my system when i drink and the body seems to have accepted that deal.

This means that i have a couple and sometimes as many as 3 cigs a month but that does it for me now so i guess the nicotine addiction is "gone" and only my brain with its alcohol + cigs = fact mentality lags behind the addiction
