All cheating should be reported to HTC not on the boards. All cheaters should have their accounts canceled. Once a cheater.... never to be trusted again. I have no idea if HTC has already tended to this problem or not, however, I believe he would not condone that sort of behavior by turning a blind eye.
That said..... Rank means nothing....... even less when you cheat to achieve it.
