In game you do not hear yourself - unless you do as follows
Use the dot command and Type    .radio 5 Movie
Assuming "Movie" is your Game ID

You will then hear yourself on the default channel using T to transmit. There will be a slight delay due to the lag.

If you still cannot hear yourself then you need to make sure your mic is properly set up and sitched on!

If you hear yourself, retune to the default frequency of 101 by typing  .radio 5 101
Then call for a Radio check using T and usually some-one will confirm they hear you both loud and clear (five by five)

goto your sounds settings in control panel.

Find the voice or hardware tab dont remember which.  advanced test hardware.  Windows will do some configuring then will ask you to read out some text  if the middle input bar doesnt flash up at all you know something isnt plugged in or muted.

If it does flash up you know your machine is recording input to the mic.

Therefore should work in AH.  also if its too quiet find the  20 db boost option for the advanced settings for you mic and check it.

I have an issue where my microphone isn't recognized. Yet it works in TS, volume up all the way in the control panel and AH, plus the correct device is selected in the control panel for the Microphone. Yet for some reason the range / channel beep nor my microphone seems to work when I'm in an arena that supports Voice / VOX.

I've tried plenty of things to get it to work, yet it still doesn't work.
