i was employed in the "tech" industry in a sales capacity very early on in the internet age. i worked for an isp in 1994, back when many ppl would say "what?" when you told them where you worked. back then the web was an exploding pioneer and me and my friends would spend hours at work/home just typing random domain names in and seeing what would come up. there was always something new and different to see. now however, i'm older, married, with less time on my hands and very VERY rarely ever just prowl the web wasting time. so my question is this...
How many of you do the above? How do you find out about new sites or cool things to check out? what do you use your computer for outside of AH? anything really cool out there you think others should check out?
i used to play several games, now I only play this. i use my computer for the usual email, shopping, looking up information, and the occasional browse of youtube/cnn/wikipedia
