Not sure if its a bug or maybe its me.....

Was in MW V23 (bish) tank twn
Spawn east into tank town......get 3 kills go back to the spawn point and it says i am captured.

Ok maybe i was off a bit so i respawn east then twr out.
Again says I'm captured.

Repated this 4 or 5 times same thing

Go to other spawn points, spawn then twr out and I land succesfully

Is there something different with the east Spawn out of 23?

I think if an enemy is in range, you always get a captured?

I don't do the tank thing that often so I'm not sure... If thats the case, do you have to drive all the way back to the field to land?

maybe one of you regular GV'ers could shed some light

to answer your question, yes.... if there are enemy gv's in the area, you will get a capture..... so if you want to land kills, you need to drive all the way back to base.....
