Im getting an I/o error message. As far as I know, I disabled my virus software. This happened to me before. I had a virus on my computer. But since then I have kept up to date with Norton, and running a full system scan comes back clean. HELP> having aces High withdrawls.

Try using a download manager, such as GetRight (http://www.tucows.com) and see if that helps.

Ive done everything to check. Ran spybot, full system scan. Downloaded with and without Norton enabled. Ive downloaded lots of other programs with no problems. Is it possible for me to have a freind Download the game on his computer, save it on cd, and then I can just install off the cd to my computer?

Yes, downloading it somewhere else and put it on CD would work. But before install, i would copy the file onto your computer (not run installer directly off the CD).
