Which in turn looks like a Challenger and Leopard 2. All current western MBT's look remarkably similar.

Seeing as how we're getting all jingoistic here, I should point out that the M1A1 uses armour (note the 'u') developed by Britain and a German designed gun.

All the Yanks really developed was a big thirsty gas-turbine engine - which makes sense as we all know big thirsty engines is all they're good at.

:aok :D ;)

Hummer - 20 Highway Km/100L (just an example of a big thirsty engine, just enough gas to reach each gas station along the way to where ur going LOL)

Hold on, fellas, wanna give my .2C on the original subject before the thread gets too hijacked.

60mm armour, modeled correctly in AH, would only stop maybe the 37mm and T-34's short 76mm rounds. And it would be iffy on the 76. On the other hand, The italian gun would be probably a little weaker, if not the same, as the T-34's. The HP/ton isn't on par with the T-34, this thing would be somewhere between the Pz. IV, and the Tiger. In short, It would be in danger of becoming a hangar queen. If any italian tanks were modeled, though, this would probably be the best foot forward.
