Roger Wilco interferring with my AH sound...
« on: November 17, 2001, 07:36:00 AM »
Can anyone help with this?

When I run RW, no matter what I do on AH setup, RW works fine, but I get NO sound from AH. Shut off RW, AH sounds come back.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Thanks

How is RW set up?  Make sure it is set to use WAV recording.  If you set RW to use Direct Sound recording, bad things will happen.  :)

I am having similar probs. I have sound until i XMIT on RW, then i lose ALL sound and have to atl+tab to RW and back to AH to get sound back. Sound is fine until I try to talk. RW is setup to wav recording. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have a problem where my Aces High sound volume gets reduced when I start RW.

Without RW, AH sounds are very loud and crisp. With RW, AH sounds seem muted or muffled.

Any Ideas?

Rip out RW.

Luckily, HT is integrating his own voice app.  :)
