P39s

We need p39s because they have four 50cal guns (bout 300 rpg) and a M4 cannon (30rpg) on the very very tip of the prop.  The P39 can go from 0km/hr to 200km/hr in just about 15 seconds.  This is a MUST HAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Having a pile of rocks to throw would be more effective than the M4

I believe the russian 37mm was used in later models. I'd like to see the P-63 as it did see combat in the fall of Berlin. We dont need uber planes, agreed , but the P-39 & P-63 were far from uber. They were substandard to Brits and Americans but the Russians used it very effectively. Russias top P-39 ace had 60 kills. Come on this bird belongs in AH. And it fit all the CRITERIA. Oh P-400 & P-39q were good candidates too.

Actually the p-39 did very well in MTO as well. It was an excellent fighter at lower altitudes. The russians stripped out alot of weight and also ran the engines at higher then US settings. V V S units equipped with the P-39 literally decimated the germans at the Kuban bridgehead. It got so bad that german units were under orders not to engage P-39 equipped units...
