While I don't advocate violence aganst anybody exercising their rights, these people should be aware of how their actions can instigate violence against them.

Yeah, they said not to take the blue acid, unlike booze, I lost a whole fracking week instead of just the weekend.

I'm pretty sure that intentionally, knowingly or even recklessly instigating a riot falls outside of the legislative intent of the 1st amendment, and therefore, outside of their rights.

If these people had the mental capacity to put on clothing, they knew full well what their presence at a soldier's funeral would lead to.

Most protests end in violence from one side or another.  I can't stand the crazy people from Kansas, but I think there are other ways of making them stop that doesn't involve in eroding any of the 1st amendment rights for the rest of us either.  

My plan to make them stop involves 4 midgets, 1 potato sack, 1 racoon (badger will work) and 3 gallons of hot sauce.
