Resizing .gif?

I found a really cool .gif file that I want to use as an avatar. The problem is that it's 100 x 100 and when I resize it to 64 x 64 the animation won't work. I'm using Microsoft Paint. Any suggestions?

Get Photoshop or ACDsee. Paint is just resizing the 1st frame.
