If you listen to the radio in your car and/or at home, I can certainly understand that. I don't.  I get tired of them too when they are crammed down my throat like that. It is part of the comercialization of Christmas I don't care for.

Christmas carols are great when YOU are involved with them, at least they are for me. Family singing them together... that sort of thing.

Same for me, singing carols is one thing, having them beaten into your skull on the radio or in stores, is another.

I used to work where the Muzak changed to Christmas music on Nov 1st. 61 days of the same 20 songs. It was maddening.

My personal favorites include Elvis's Blue Christmas, Bing Crosby's White Christmas, Vince Vance and the Valiants' All I Want For Christmas Is You and just about anything by the Rat Pack.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.

Try to do an inventory at work with "The 12 Days of Christmas" playing in the background.

I'd be climbing the walls, looking for the speaker wire.

LOL Tahgut!!!

Ya I like Bing, Sinatra, stuff like that. My grandmother had an organ that we would sit around and sing White Christmas and others. Great memories of my Nana.

Get the DVD by Trans-Siberian Orchestra.  I forgot the name ( Might be Ghost from Christmas Past) of the dvd and currently i have gout so im not gonna run down and look, but is fantastic string instruments/keyboards/electric guitar/rock style christmas music, and also look for Manheim Steamroller just to name a couple.
To understand true love, lock your dog and your wife in the trunk of your car for an hour and then see which one is glad to see you when you come back
