I just dont feel like doing a proper write-up, so Ill just say this.  Keep an eye out for the use of lag pursuit/displacement.  Youll see the standard use of lag to fly to the opponents extended 6, but youll also see it used to place myself where my opponent would have to fight torque at low speed if the want to roll directly to me when they "top out".  This is an espcially good thing to practice when in trail of a rolling scissors.

Watch it with stick and hand, and see how many times I don't go where you would, and those points are likely where I was using lag.

very nice flying murdr.. some should find this film very useful.. lol u beat skyrock like 3 or 4 times over in that last fight..
