Host Connection Lost On Alt R

everytime i  go to record for the first time my screen freezes up and i eventually get a host connection lost message.

why oh why dear god does this happen when i am about to hand it to somebody bad?

It happes to me when i do alt S to take a screenie  I don't know why though.

Check your films folder and make sure you do not have too many in there.  Windows gets upset if there are too many files in a folder.

remap your keyboard so the function is a single key.

I take lots of Snapshots and film quite a bit and never have had a problem

If you have more then 70-80 films/screenshots in your folder, all sorts of weird stuff can happen. Best is to just copy them to another folder. This will also reduce the "screen freeze" time when starting capture.
