Here is a film I watched recently,and am wondering if the warping is from my end or not.I have satellite internet,so I know I get some lag.but this plane was actually going backwards...

can lag cause planes to actually go backwards,then forward again?

When I put on trail it really shows up..
the time to watch is @3:00,3:25,3:54,and right around the end.
I am curious and am in no way imputing that this person was somehow cheating,just want to look into some anomalies I am experiencing..

I am not even sure if this movie will play...but I am trying.

Looks Like some good warping going on there:D

It starts right at 14sec Its hard to tell, but looks like your end because I noticed all the other planes warp as well, you can ride along in other planes by clicking thier name

If your getting packet loss and high ping times its more then likely you.
Look into doing a trace and ping plot to see if its your end

Hmmmm if you play the film in fixed veiw zoomed out and click trail you can see when the 51 warps, seems only when your are close to him.

Keeler and Goody,
I appreciate the replys..I recieved a reply from skuzzy,saying that satellite does have some latencies.so I am going to just hope that if I am getting the warping,then I am giving warping..

Although somehow I do not think it works that way:cry

Anyway..I am having fun with the game.
