Good thread..If i had to pick a tight situation wingman it would be Shift.

HAven't seen him in a few years..i guess all that RAF training has kept him busy.

BTW..Shift is Tilt's teenaged son.

Would be trikky for me, only person I've been seriously winging with as dantoo doesn't fly much fighters. (sorry straffo and fellow FR people)

I would say shawk, long time vet with really good acm skills. Always love to up with elevenk, and sometimes we can rake up the kills.

I have been flying by my self lately so i guess i need to start brushing up on my wing man tactics.

For anyone that hasn't winged with shawk you should. One of the more vocal players on range vox and you always get a laugh out of the flight. Man he can call out those cons...

any of my squadies , Midnight, skatsr(saved me sooo many times) Tango(saves me alot 2) kobru cardenas , and the list goes on and on, these guy are great with wingman tactics

There are many. Snaphook and MtnMan made a brutally effective team last night. Excellent communication and support. MtnMan even landed a 14 kill streak which is the highest I have personally seen to date (I think he did rearm so likely not one sortie). You also get a call as in "I'm critical on fuel and need to RTB, does anyone need any help?" which translates to "I'll stick around and run out of fuel if someone needs help."

I can honestly say that I'd wing with any of the Blue Knights. They all are excellent wingmen worthy of mention.

Except for Hub.

I have ALWAYS matched up good with OddCAF.

Others that come to mind are: cav58d, MI, UKnoMe, SkyRock (I'm usually the bait), KillnU (or that Balor guy), FTSeeker, Angry (he really IS Angry), xbrit, Boxboy28 and even Chi. Raptor because we both were in 38's and I lost an engine, still got 2 kills, and rtb'd. His was fine and he probably flew close to a sector to make sure I wouldn't get jumped. I never asked him to do that, but he put forth the trust. The entire 80th HH's are stand-up gents, as are Hell's Angels and the AK's.
