Mine was bad for a couple of months. I'm on a wireless ISP. They finally figured out they had a setting wrong in their wireless equipment and have loss of UDP very seldom now, maybe once a month. Last month they put up a new antenna on their tower which upped my speed to a solid 1 MB/s from a flakey 512 KB/s. Ping times between 40ms and 100ms usually.

Bandwidth wasters are probably shopping for your Christmas gifts. :D

i dont got enough perkies as it is and i like upen my lancs to kill 1 dang t 34 or wirble its fun droping 42 bombs

Some large ISPs have implemented QoS. Not heard of enforcing it 100% of the time, yet, but it's possible that during high network utilization low priority packets get queued or in some cases even dropped. Unfortunately sometimes, some of the UDP get assigned 'Best Effort' priority level only.

Yes, but I think my Firefox 2.0 was updating to 2.01.  Have to figure out how to turn off automatic updates in Firefox.
