Throttle Query

I use a CH Pro Throttle (USB type).
 
I have noticed that when upping a Spit XVI (My normal ride) that I sometimes do not have full power. Usually I have spawned with the throttle already forward. The solution is quick and simple. I close and reopen the throttle and away it goes to full power.

But should I really have to ?

Happens sometime to me too. (X45 throttle). I juts move it a little bit and itīs okay, so itīs no big deal to me. I wouldnīt call that even a bug...
